Cobra has come up with another great radar detector. The XRS 9950 model provides excellent protection against a variety of laser beams and band width. The Cobra comes with a Superheterdyne technology which can rapidly detect all 12 laser beams in a rapid fashion. Even the use of the POP mode radar guns is not effective against this cobra gem.
The device comes with a full color screen, with a bright or dim button display. When radar is identified, you get both a visual and voice signal. From test drives on the highway, the cobra XRS 9950 can detect radar for up 2- miles.
All radar signals including the X, K, KA super wide and Ku band are picked up. The cobra XRS 9950 is also immune to the VG 2 and Spectre. Also a great feature of this model is that it can identity both speed and red light cameras both in the city and the highways. The device has a 360’ detection of laser signals with prompt voice monitoring. When one comes across emergency vehicles and ambulance or other road hazards you will be forewarned in advance. When the car is shut off, the device automatically shuts off also. T he cost of a cobra XRS 9500 is about $229 and comes with an instructional manual, coiled 12 V DC power Cord and windshield mounting suction cups.
